Actually everything was perfect, my next choice again in Palm Springs. It was a wonderful experience, I loved staff and location.

Very central location, within walking distance of la plaza. The pool was great and I had hot drinks in the roof top bar.
It was well priced, compared to other service oriented hotels. Location and staff were fab, the restaurant was sophisticated. Even though the view was perfect, I had spacious bedroom. Fantastic bar on site.

Very good service, always cheerful staff, decent location. The staff did all they can for a luxury stay. Rooms were terrific and had a relaxing view. I had very clean bed and microwave and refrigerators;)))
Well priced, picturesque location, OUTSTANDING staff.
Facilities were pretty nice, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
Top location, neat, fine room and pretty friendly staff. Its pool was well maintained, we chilled out there when it was warm outside. Excellent base for exploring Palm Springs.

Hotel is fairly clean and descent, the location is super. Pretty close to the airport, 0.5 miles. The view is spectacular and the pool is brilliant. Loved early check-in.
The beds were comfortable in our room. We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.
booked suite with climate control, a sitting area and a writing table. we dined out at johannes, set so close to the hotel.

It was a relaxing experience. Everything was nice, but we stayed for 1 night only. The stuff was top-class, incredibly kind all the time. The location was magnificent, at a moderate distance from Palm Springs Air Museum.
